Shipping Policy 

Shipping

1. Estimated shipping and delivery costs will be calculated when an order is placed. This is based on the availability of the goods and chosen shipping options.

Delivery

1. The Supplier will arrange for the delivery of the goods to the Customer, at the Customer’s cost and delivery of the goods will be deemed to have occurred upon delivery of the goods to the Site.

Delivery Dates

1. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery dates represent only an estimation of the date of the delivery of the Equipment and are not binding on the Supplier.
2. The Customer indemnifies the Supplier from any costs, losses, expenses, claims or actions arising out of any such delay.
