Our professional, licensed plumbers will expertly install your under-bench water filter system, including drilling the necessary access points for the faucet. This service accommodates a variety of surfaces, including stainless steel sinks and stone benchtops, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.

The installation includes all required pipework, fittings, and equipment for a standard under-bench setup. However, should any unforeseen issues arise or additional fittings, pipework, or equipment be needed, the licensed plumber will provide an on-the spot quote. Any extra charges are payable directly to the plumber on the day of installation.

This service is available exclusively in the Sydney Metro area. For areas outside Sydney Metro, we recommend contacting your local licensed plumber for professional installation.

1. What is a 7-Stage Reverse Osmosis system?
It’s a filtration system with 7 stages of filtration that remove contaminants, add beneficial
minerals such as magnesium and potassium, increases alkalinity to 9.5-10 pH and
enriches the water with Hydrogen, a powerful antioxidant.

2. What are the 7 stages of filtration?

Stage 1: Polyspun Sediment Cartridge 
Used for sediment, rust, sand, silt, and algae removal. These cartridges are high performance, high flow rate, high load capacity and resistant to the growth of bacterial slime.

Stage 2: 100% Coconut Carbon Block Water Filter
This carbon block cartridge will remove any remaining larger debris but more importantly, it will stop chemicals from reaching the reverse osmosis membrane in stage 3.

Stage 3: Reverse Osmosis Membrane
This membrane has a 0.0001-micron rating, meaning the water is placed under immense pressure as it passes through the membrane, removing harmful pathogens and producing clean, pure water.

Stage 4: Hydrogen-Rich Water Filter High Alkaline
This alkalising filter can raise and retain a constant pH between 8.5 and 10.5*. This unique cartridge is made up of pure Sub-nanometer minerals and contains Magnesium and Potassium to provide a superior pH stability. Hydrogen rich water has been recognised for its ability to increase energy, slow down the aging process and improve muscle recovery after a workout.

Stage 5: Life Energy Ceramic (FAR Infrared)
This filter assists in sanitising the water with infrared emitting frequency balls through glass tubes. Just some of the benefits of this filter include
that it activates the water molecules, improves oxygen levels in the body and

Stage 6: 100% Activated Coconut Carbon Filter
This is an extremely high-grade coconut carbon cartridge for the maximum extraction of taste or odours from the water. It provides clean, crisp-tasting water.

Stage 7: Magnetic Water Energizer 
This filter changes the water molecules to have a negative charge. Negatively charged water has been hailed for its many health benefits including age-fighting antioxidants, flushing toxins from the gut and the protection of brain cells. Negatively charged water is better absorbed by the cells of the body.

4. How does it add Hydrogen to the water?
The system includes a stage that infuses water with molecular hydrogen, providing powerful antioxidant benefits.

5. Why is Alkaline water beneficial?
Alkaline water can help neutralize acid in the body, improve hydration and enhance overall health.

6. How often should I replace the filters?
It is recommended the filters are changed every 12 months.

7. Can I replace the filters myself?
It is always recommended that a licenced plumber conduct installations and filter changes.

8. Will this system affect my water pressure?
No, water pressure will remain unaffected due to the 8 Litre storage tank included with the
system. The system also includes a pressure limiting valve in the case of homes
that have higher than normal water pressure.

9. How long does it take for the tank to refill?
The general guideline is 8 Litres per hour under normal working conditions. The system automatically tops up the tank as water is used so it doesn’t wait for the tank to empty before it starts to refill.

10. Does the system waste a lot of water?
Reverse osmosis systems do produce some wastewater, but our modern system is efficient
with a ~1:1 ratio of filtered to waste water.
